1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EventFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
EventFlow provides an AI-powered sales automation platform for the hospitality industry. The Service includes automated email response generation, lead qualification, follow-up sequences, knowledge base management, and CRM integrations for restaurant and venue event inquiries.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EventFlow only for lawful purposes related to managing your venue's event inquiries and sales operations. You may not:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive messages
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security
5. Subscription and Billing
EventFlow is offered as a monthly subscription service. Pricing is per venue and varies by tier (Autopilot, Autopilot Pro, Autopilot Premium). Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
6. AI-Generated Content
EventFlow generates email responses and communications using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the communications sent on your behalf. EventFlow is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to EventFlow, including venue documents, email content, and business information. By using the Service, you grant EventFlow a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The EventFlow platform, including its AI models, software, design, and branding, is owned by EventFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
