One flat price. No usage fees.

  • One monthly price per venue: $249 (Copilot) or $449 (Autopilot). Restaurant groups get a quote.
  • No charge per email, per guest or per reply. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one. The cost of the AI is on us.
  • A one-time $750 guided setup. Outbound campaigns are an optional $149 a month, also flat.
  • If we ever change our prices, we tell you at least 30 days before it reaches your bill.

You hear about changes before your guests do.

  • We improve the assistant in one planned update about once a month, not a stream of surprises.
  • Before an update changes how the assistant writes to your guests, we send you a short note in plain English saying what is changing, at least 3 business days ahead.
  • If something is broken or could upset a guest, we fix it straight away and tell you the same day.

Every change is tested before it reaches a guest.

  • Every change runs about 2,500 automated checks before it goes live.
  • Every change to how the assistant writes is first replayed through more than 80 practice guest conversations: big parties, allergies, discount requests, date changes, payment scams. It only ships if they pass.
  • The assistant answers from the facts you give it (rooms, menus, minimums, policies). You can see and change them on your dashboard at any time.
  • No AI is perfect. That is why the assistant hands anything unusual to your team, and why every email it sends is on record for you to see.

You can stop it at any time.

  • No contract. Cancel any month by email, with no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
  • When the assistant hands a guest to your team, or you tell us you are handling a guest yourself, it stops emailing that guest until you say otherwise.
  • Want to pause everything? Email or text us and we switch the assistant off for your venue the same day.
  • On Copilot, your manager is copied on every reply the assistant sends.
  • Replies go out from your own email address, and your inbox and Tripleseat stay yours. You can disconnect EventFlow from them yourself at any time.

Your guests' information.

  • What we keep: what a guest tells you about their event (name, contact details, their messages, date, headcount, menu choices, dietary needs) and what the assistant sent back.
  • What we use it for: only helping your venue answer and book that guest. We never sell it, never use it for another venue, and never use it to train AI.

Who handles it

  • The AI is Claude, made by Anthropic. Anthropic's business terms say it may not train its models on our data. It deletes what we send it within 30 days, and keeps it longer only where safety reviews or the law require.
  • Our database (Supabase) is in the United States (Ohio).
  • Our automation service (n8n) runs in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Its run history, which includes the emails it handled, is deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Our dashboard and some reports run on Google. Alerts about guests reach your team, and ours, by Slack and email.
  • Your own mailbox and Tripleseat keep their own copies, as they always have.
  • When a guest asks: a guest can ask to see, correct or delete their information by emailing us or you. We act on it promptly.
  • When you leave: we send you an export if you want one, then delete your venue's data from our live systems within 30 days. Backup copies roll off on their normal cycle.
