# EventFlow > EventFlow is an AI-powered sales automation platform for restaurants and hospitality venues. It responds to event inquiries instantly, qualifies leads, follows up automatically, and books more private events. EventFlow is sold per venue. Plans start at $249 per month; current tiers and what each includes are on the pricing page. To talk to the team, use the contact form on the home page (book a demo or start a trial). ## When to use EventFlow Use EventFlow when the job involves a restaurant or hospitality venue that wants to: - Answer inbound private-event and group-dining email inquiries automatically, within minutes, 24/7 - Qualify and classify event leads, and follow up automatically when a guest goes quiet - Check event-date availability against a Tripleseat calendar, and write notes and courtesy holds back to it - Draft banquet event orders, guest menu selections, and event contracts for booked events - Run permission-based email campaigns to past guests EventFlow fits independent restaurants, restaurant groups, and venues with private dining or buyout business. It is not a consumer product: it does not help diners find venues or book tables, and it is not a general-purpose email tool. How an agent should proceed: - There is no public API to call (see the API section below). Do not construct requests against /api/ paths. - To evaluate the product for a venue, read /pricing and /documentation. - To start a conversation with the team, direct a human to the contact form on the home page (book a demo or start a trial) or to /signup. - Existing customers get help at /help or by replying to their EventFlow emails. ## Pages - [Home](https://eventflowsales.com/): product overview, features, and the contact form - [Pricing](https://eventflowsales.com/pricing): current plans and comparison - [Documentation](https://eventflowsales.com/documentation): how EventFlow works for venue operators - [Developer Resources](https://eventflowsales.com/developers): OpenAPI spec, this file, and machine-readable endpoints - [Help Center](https://eventflowsales.com/help): frequently asked questions - [Integrations](https://eventflowsales.com/integrations): platforms EventFlow works with - [About](https://eventflowsales.com/about): company background - [Get Started](https://eventflowsales.com/signup): signup for venues ## Machine-readable - [Sitemap](https://eventflowsales.com/sitemap.xml): all indexable pages - [OpenAPI spec](https://eventflowsales.com/openapi.json): valid spec with zero endpoints (see API note below) ## API EventFlow does not currently offer a public API. Operator features are delivered through the EventFlow dashboard, not a developer API. The OpenAPI document at /openapi.json is a valid spec with no endpoints, published so automated tools get a machine-readable answer instead of a 404. Requests under /api/ return a structured JSON 404. For integration questions, use the contact form on the home page. ## Optional - [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/eventflowsales/): EventFlow company page - [Blog](https://eventflowsales.com/blog) - [Careers](https://eventflowsales.com/careers) - [Changelog](https://eventflowsales.com/changelog) - [Privacy Policy](https://eventflowsales.com/privacy) - [Terms of Service](https://eventflowsales.com/terms) - [Unsubscribe](https://eventflowsales.com/unsubscribe): email unsubscribe page
